Can I make alterations to my property? Yes, it is your home, when you vacate, your home needs to be the same as when you moved in

Can my family still manage my medical requirements? Yes under the guidance of our care staff

Can I Try Before I Buy? Yes, we encourage you to try Glenvale Villas before you buy

Can I live affordably on the pension at Glenvale Villas? Yes, 80% of our residents are on a full or part pension

Will I need to move to a nursing home if I need higher care? No, we can care from low to high care

Do I have to pay stamp duty? No stamp duty is payable when moving to Glenvale Villas

Can family or friends stay over? Yes, they are more than welcome

Who will sell my home when I vacate? The operators of Glenvale Villas at no charge

Is there a General Service Fee? Yes, the weekly general service fee is pension friendly and ‘not for profit’ under legislation.

Is there a DMF or Exit Fee? Yes, 36% over 3 years of the ingoing contribution

Can I have meals delivered to my home? Yes, at any time

If I become high care or have dementia, do I have to move out? No, unless the illness becomes a danger to yourself, other residents or staff

Is there a registered nurse on site 24/7? A registered nurse is on site Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm as well as registered nurses on call 24/7.

Can I bring my existing care package to Glenvale Villas? Yes, or we can take over your existing package by our own care provider “Futurecare”
