Our People.

'Yes I can' makes all the difference.

Our team has always put ‘what residents can do’ ahead of ‘what they can’t’. It’s that crucial difference to attitude that makes all the difference in the energy and vibrance of our community.

We know this is home to all our residents, so we go out of our way to make sure every day is special.

Gayle Gardiner.

Glenvale Villas’ Manager.

Gayle comes from a rural district and understands the challenges faced by many residents when making the move from the family home into supported living. Her empathy for our older generation and their lifestyle, security and general wellbeing is paramount in everything she does.

“It is very rewarding to have residents say they are happy and content and they would not wish to be anywhere else.”

“We are often told by visitors there is a warm friendly vibe evident as soon as they enter Glenvale Villas. It is comments like this that make it all worthwhile”.
Gayle also understands that to keep a community happy it also needs to be run well. Her administration and accounting background complements her people skills, ensuring Glenvale Villas is looked after by an efficient and well structured team.

“Teamwork is an important aspect of ensuring our residents are happy and receive the care and attention they deserve.”
