Unfortunately nutrition is one of the first things that gets compromised as we age, and cannot look after ourselves as well anymore.

At Glenvale Villas, we focus on nutrition and a well balanced, healthy diet as being key to a healthy lifestyle. Our qualified chefs deliver dining experiences every day that are prepared fresh to be as tasty and satisfying as possible. We also carefully create meal plans for special dietary requirements in consultation with our Directors of Care and family.

And of course no restaurant would be complete without the chance to have a glass of wine or beer, whenever you wish.

With such a rich growing climate in Toowoomba, we just had to put in our own vege garden at Glenvale Villas, especially as so many of our residents come from farming backgrounds. Residents have the chance to feed their inner gardener and grow some of their own herbs, fruits and vegetables.
